* SCHEDULING DEPOSITS
Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid and the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. At ChaiimCouture Aesthetic Bar+,LLC we value and respect our clients and practitioners time and appreciate your understanding regarding our deposit policy.
* CELLULAR DEVICES
During your scheduled visit, we kindly ask that you set your phones to vibrate as to not to disturb other guests. If you must accept a call, we ask that you do so away from our other clients. Our practitioners value our guests relaxation experience and are prepared to provide you with uninterrupted, quality service.
* REFUND POLICY
At ChaiimCouture Aesthetic Bar+, LLC all of our treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standards and we strive to educate our patients on the best possible realistic outcomes. However, we understand that sometimes these outcomes do not meet patient’s expectations and we understand that someone may not be completely satisfied with their treatment or procedure. Additionally, with any minor non-surgical procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome. When dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections are used to complete a treatment, those products are non-refundable.
