Medication Refills

Service Description

For refills of current prescriptions to cover lapses in medication due to lost medications, interruption in primary care, travel or relocation, and for patients who are not experiencing any new symptoms related to their condition. Refills are only available for stable medical conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and under active thyroid (hypothyroidism). WE WILL NOT REFILL: Narcotics, Amphetamines, Hormone replacements, antibiotics, antipsychotics, anticoagulants, compound medications, foreign medications, any new prescription, immunosuppressants or sedatives. You will still need to follow up with your primary care provider to maintain your medication and follow ups as our providers will not be considered your primary care provider.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid & the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
