This selection is for current patients already established with ChaiimCouture and who have started on the Semaglutide or Tirzepatide with the Nurse Practitioner. (Semaglutides & Tirzepatides) are first used for the treatment of diabetes. Diabetics taking these drugs not only experience normalization of blood sugar, but considerable weight loss. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid & the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
