Service Description

We will establish you as a new patient with our clinic and discuss your weight loss goals and options. Depending on the option you select, you may need baseline labs drawn that is a separate fee. Phentermine, Semaglutide (Wecovy), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro), Lipo (MIC) injections

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid & the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
